Any other use of the content of the Website requires the written permission of Pro Bono Community.
2.3 Where documents and photos have been published on the Website with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not Pro Bono Community), all rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners (the sources are indicated within these documents/photographs).

Pro Bono Community does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from your use of any third party websites.
8. CONFLICT WITH OTHER TERMS

9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
9.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
